十几年的学习中，一直把学习当成一种乐趣，把我的专业课当做一个爱好来对待，所以在此基础上我也扩展了我的第二个爱好专业，就是正在接本的专业，我个人认为学习是一个很讲究方法和方向的事情。就说现在我学的化学制药技术专业吧，学习方法和方向侧重点有以下几点：
首先要掌握书本内容，就是要了解每一个药物化学成分，并将其化学合成步骤记住，当然能够研究出更合适的方法最好了；其次就是学会实验，这个是必须靠耐心和细心才能完成的，我们要不断的自己动手做实验，只有熟悉加上谨慎才能做出好的实验产品；最后就是要时刻熟记GMP要求和SOP的标准，最后这一点在工作中是重中之重，千万不可小视，要牢记于心！
与此同时大学期间能力和社交的培养也是非常重要的，所以在学习的同时我们还要时刻关注各类新闻，以及积极参加学生会和各个社团举办的活动中，协助老师解决一些力所能及的事，使自己的大学生活更加精彩！

20__年，我国政府首都设立国家励志奖学金，旨在资助品学兼优而家境贫寒的莘莘学子，这对于农村广大寒门子弟而言，无异于雪中送炭，而我再度有幸成为其中的一员。
自古“将相本无种，白屋出公卿”。窃以为，出身寒门的子弟，如果能接受良好的教育，将来必大有可为。

20__年，我以优异的成绩进入到麻城市第一高级中学学习，相对于其他同学而言，我成绩平平，但我可以很自信地讲，我是我们那个班级最勤奋的学生之一。然而，爱因斯坦在就警告过知识分子，成功等于少说空话加勤奋再加正确的方法。我所缺乏的正是“科学的方法”。老实说，高考之后，我仍不理解何谓“科学的方法”。现在我明白了，我所缺乏的正是“健康的心态”，在中学时代，极度的虚荣心和巨大的压力使得我屡次吃力不讨好。当我在每本高考资料的封皮上写下“志在清华”时，事实上决定了我的成功是小概率事件。吸引我的眼球正是长江大学那一群勇敢的学长用“人链”挽救落水少年，还有这座历史文化名城。进入到长江大学后，让我印象最为深刻的是“怕吃苦，莫入此道;想成才，请进斯门”这句标语。这让我联想到燕京大学的校训——“因自由，得真理，以服务”。我想到，进入这所大学，将来必定大有可为。大一的时候，在经过一年级教学工作部的魔鬼训练，国家英语四级对于绝大部分新生而言，不过尔尔。我们的辅导员黎传稳老师，对我有知遇之恩，虽然他不再担任我们的辅导员，但我对他一直念念不忘，各种情节，冷暖自知。后来，我结识了一批很要好的朋友，但，终究没有生成爱情的火花，实为一大憾事。
三、焚膏油以继晷，恒兀兀以穷年
“为天地立心，为生民立命，为往圣继绝学，为万世开太平”，北宋理学家张载这四句名言经久不衰。知识分子的“救世”情结莫过于此。作为新时代的新青年，应当具备“铁肩担重任，妙手著文章”的觉悟。进入大学以来，我认真学习理论，除了马列著作外，还广泛涉猎西方哲学、政治学和社会学著作以及中国近现代思想大家的著作。刘军宁、秦晖、胡适、徐友渔、王绍光、许纪霖、杨奎松、余杰、弗里德曼、哈耶克等诸君的著作。正如商务印书馆所言，“只有用人类创造的全部知识财富丰富自己的头脑，才能够建设成现代化的社会主义社会”。而现代化的首要条件是人的现代化，不能仅仅局限于自己的“一亩三分地”，你所感兴趣的领域大可深入研究。然而，只顾既要埋头拉车，更要抬头看路。只待在书斋里，不去参加社会实践，知性不结合，学到的知识只是死的东西。所以，我特别注重实践，先后去中山市做了暑期实践，湖北省“挑战杯”以及国家创新性实验计划。此外，“独立之人格，自由之思想”一直是我的人生信念，我也是这么做得，凡事要保持独立思考的习惯，不被谣言蒙蔽双眼，在追求真理的路上，注定不会畅通无阻，过了这些坎坷，前方风景秀丽无限。

其实对获奖学金而言，并不是我上大学的主要目标，它只不过是我努力实现人生目标过程中的意外收获。从跨进西南大学校门那一刻起，我就立下了自己的大学目标，那就是为以后的人生耕耘，规划好自己的人生道路。经过大一一年的学习和生活，我觉得自己没有浪费光阴，我可以坦然地说对得起自己。
我努力，我拼搏，所以我快乐。
大学是一个轻松快乐的园地，学习轻松了许多，生活也丰富了许多。面对丰富的活动，多彩的生活，复杂的人际关系，我觉得无论是在娱乐还是学习最重要是要保持一颗明朗干净的心。与高中相比，大学是成人式的学习，我们接过学习的接力棒成为领跑者，在这场比赛中，可以跨栏，可以抢道，可以跳跃，而绝不能在起跑线上等待老师牵着你跑。只有自主自立的学习，才能取得好成绩。同时，综合素质的提高也是大学生活中必需去修养的东西。

Over the past spring festival, i got involved in a family dispute. right before i got home, four satellite channels of cctv were added to the 14 channels we had already had. in prime time at night, they all had interesting shows. therefore, the five of us-my parents, my sisters and i-had to argue over what to watch. finally, we agreed that we should watch the “most interesting” programme... if we

We enjoy the abundance of choice. but this has not come easily.
About 150 years ago, china was forced to open up its door by western canons and gunboats. it has been through the struggle and sacrifice of generations that we finally have gained the opportunity to choose for ourselves. the policy of reform and openness is the choice that has made all the difference.
Like others of my age, i'm too young to have experienced the time when the chinese people had no right to choose. however, as the next century draws near, it is time to ask: what does choice really mean to us young people?
Is choice a game that relies on chance or luck? is choice an empty promise that never materializes? or is choice a puzzle so difficult that we have to avoid it?
First, i would like to say: to choose means to claim opportunities.
I am a third-year english major. an important choice for me, of course, is what to do upon graduation. i can go to graduate school, at home or abroad. i can go to work as a teacher, a translator, a journalist, an editor and a diplomat. actually, the system of mutual selection has allowed me to approach almost every career opportunity in china.
Indeed, this is not going to be an easy choice. i would love to work in such big cities as beijing or shanghai or shenzhen. i would also love to return to my hometown, which is intimate, though slightly lagging in development. i would love to stay in the coastal area where life is exciting and fast-paced. i would also love to put down roots in central and western china, which is underdeveloped, but holds
Great potential.
All of these sound good. but they are only possibilities. to those of us who are bewildered at the abundance of opportunities, i would like to say: to choose means to accept challenge.
To us young people, challenge often emerges in the form of competition. in the next century, competition will not only come from other college graduates, but also from people of all ages and of all origins.
With increasing international exchanges, we have to face growing competition from the whole outside world. this is calling for a higher level of our personal development.
Fifteen years ago, the knowledge of a foreign language or of computer operation was considered merely an advantage. but today, with wider educational opportunities, this same knowledge has become essential to everyone.
Given this situation, even our smallest choices will require great wisdom and personal determination.
As we gain more initiative in choice making, the consequence of each choice also becomes more important.

Nuclear power, for instance, may improve our quality of life. but it can also be used to damage the lives and possessions of millions.
Aconomic development has enriched our lives but brought with it serious harm to our air, water and health.
To those of us who are blind to the consequences of their choices, i would like to say, to choose means to take responsibility. when we are making choices for ourselves, we cannot casually say: “it's just my own business. ” as policy makers of the next century, we cannot fail to see our responsibility to those who share the earth with us.
The traditional chinese culture teaches us to study hard and work hard so as to honor our family. to me, however, this family is not just the five of us who quarreled over television programmes. rather, it is the whole of the human family. as i am making my choices, i will not forget the smile of my teacher when i correctly spelled out the word “china” for the first time, i will not forget the happy faces of the boys and girls we helped to send back to school in the mountains of jiangxi province. i will not forget the tearful eyes of women and children in bosnia, chechnya and somali, where millions are suffering from war, famine or poverty.
All these people, known and unknown, make up our big human family. at different points, they came into my life and broaden my perspective. now as i am to make choices for myself, it is time to make efforts to improve their lives, because a world will benefit us all only if every one in it can lead a peaceful and prosperous life.

Facing this audience on the stage, I have the exciting feeling of participating in the march of history, for what we are facing today is more than a mere competition or contest. Though it is only within my power to tell about my personal experience, and only a tiny fragment of it at that, it still represents, I believe, the root of a spirit which has been essential to me and to all the people bred by the past 15 years.
In my elementary years, there was a little girl in the class who worked very hard but somehow could never do satisfactorily in her lessons.
The teacher asked me to help her, and it was obvious that she expected a lot from me. but as a young boy, restless, thoughtless, I always tried to evade her so as to get more time to enjoy myself.
One day before the final exam, she came up to me and said, Could you please explain this to me? I want very much to do better this time. I started explaining, and finished in a hurry. Pretending not to notice her still confused eyes, I ran off quickly. Nat surprisingly, she again did very badly in the exam. And two months later, at the beginning of the new semester, word came of her death of blood cancer. No one ever knew about the little task I failed to fulfill, but I couldn’t forgive myself. I simply couldn’t forget her eyes, which seem to be asking, Why didn’t you do a little more to help me, when it was so easy for you? Why didn’t you understand a little better the trust placed in you, so that I would not have to leave this world in such pain and regret?
I was about eight or nine years old at that time, but in a way it was the very starting point of my life, for I began to understand the word responsibility and to learn to always do my duties faithfully and devotedly, for the implications of that sacred word has dawned on me: the mutual need and trust of people, the co-operation and inter-reliance which are the very foundation of human society.
Later in my life, I continued to experience many failures. But never again did I feel that regret which struck me at the death of the girl, for it makes my heart satisfied to think that I have always done everything in my power to fulfill my responsibilities as best I can.
As I grew up, changed and improved by this incident and many other similar ones, I began to perceive the changes taking place around me and to find that society, in a way, was in its formative years like myself. New buildings, new commodities and new fashions appear every day.
New ideas, new information, new technologies. People can talk with each other from any corner of the earth in a matter of seconds. Society is becoming more competitive.
&nds. Society is becoming ike individuality and creativity are getting more emphasis and more people are rewarded for their hard work and efforts. Such is the era in which this generation ,grows and matures.
Such is the era in which this generation will take over the nation from our fathers and learn to run it. Yet in the meantime, many problems still exist.
We learn that crimes take place in broad daylight with crowds of people looking on and not assisting. We hear that there are still about 1 million children in this country who can’t even afford to go to elementary schools while enormous sums of money are being squandered away on dinner parties and luxury cars.
We buy shoddy medicines, or merely worthless junk in the name of medicines, that aggravate, rather than alleviate our diseases since money, many people believe, is the most important thing in the world that must be made, even at the expense of morality and responsibility.
Such an era, therefore, determines that we are a generation with a keener sense of competition and efficiency and a greater readiness to think critically and act creatively.
Such an era, furthermore, demands, that we are a generation with a clear perception of our historical responsibility and an aggressive will to take action and solve the problems. History has long been preparing these qualities in this generation and it is now calling us forward to give testimony to our patriotism and heroism towards this nation and all humanity.
Standing here now, I think of the past 15 years of my life as an ordinary student. Probably I’ll be an ordinary man for the rest of my life. But this doesn’t discourage me any, for I know that with my sense of responsibility and devoted efforts to always strive, for the best, it’s going to be a meaningful and worthwhile life that I will be living.
Standing here now, I think of the past 15 years of this nation, which has achieved greatness that inspired millions of people of my age, most of whom will not attain fame or prestige and only a few of whom will be remembered by posterity. But that doesn’t discourage us any, because we know that the world watches, the world listens, the world is waiting to see where this nation will be heading in a time of rich opportunities and fierce competition.
I can’t ever forget that little girl in my class who couldn’t had the same opportunities as any of us here to enjoy a wonderful life today and a hopeful world tomorrow.
It is the sacred responsibility of this generation to face up to the challenges of the new century and to devote our sweat and blood, our wisdom and passion, to the historic cause of making this nation a greater and happier land for every one of us.
We are not going to evade that responsibility. We are going to let people down. And people, far and near, will hear of us. Frost will be brought to their backbones and tears to their eyes when our stories are told and retold, So let us go forth, my fellow members of this luckily chosen generation, and meet the new century in victory and glory.
The doors open to us also pose challenges. For instance, we are faced with the challenge of a balanced learning, the challenge of preserving our fine tradition while learning from the West, and the challenge of learning continuously while carrying heavy responsibilities to our work and family. So, each door is a test of our courage, ability and judgment, but with the support of my teachers, parents, friends and my aunt, I believe I can meet the challenge head on. When I reach my aunt's age, I can be proud to say that I have walked through dozens of doors and will, in the remainder of my life, walk through many more. Possibly I will go back to college, too.

选择的涌现标志着中国进入了一个崭新的时代，一个充满多样化的时代，一个物质与精神都愈加丰富的时代，一个中华民族获得新生的时代。
我们为选择之多而欢呼雀跃，同时也深深地感到这一切来之不易。
一个半世纪之前，在西方大炮、战舰的威通下，中国被迫打开了国门。经过祖祖辈辈的抗争与牺牲，我们才最终赢得了当家作主的`机会。改革开放这个正确的抉择使一切发生了翻天覆地的变化。
我和其他同龄人一样，太年轻了、没有经历过中国人丧失选择权的岁月。但是，随着下个世纪的脚步越走越近，我们是该们心自间了:选择，对于我们青年一代，到底意味着什么?
选择，是场靠侥幸来获胜的游戏吗?是句不用兑现的空话吗?抑或是种让人知难而退的困境?
首先，我认为，选择意味着抓住机遇。
我是英语专业三年级学生，我所面临的一个重大选择当然是毕业后的去向。我可以攻读硕士学位，或在国内，或在国外。我可以走上工作岗位，做名教师，翻译，记者，编辑或外交家.实际上，双向选择的体制在我面前铺开了通向各行各业的大道。
说真的，这个选择并不好做。我愿意在像北京、上海、深圳这样的大都市里工作，我也盼着能回到虽不那么发达却使我倍感亲切的故乡。我希望可以留在生活节奏快，令人兴奋的沿海地带，我也愿意扎根于广炭的中西部地区，那里虽然条件艰苦，却有极大的发展潜力。
所有这一切听上去令人振奋，但它们

我要演讲的题目是：平凡 快乐 追求。
一年前，高中毕业不久的我（或只有高中学历的我），能够得到这份工作，加入这一温暖的团队，我是那么的兴奋与激动。那时，我暗暗地告诫自己：一定要珍惜机会，努力工作！
我的岗位十分平凡，为各部门中央空调使用提供技术服务。检修与维护工作虽然繁琐，但责任重大一个小小的疏忽或失误，就可能使空调机组受到严重的损害，甚至会酿成事故。
工作之初，在领导和同事们的关心下，跟着师傅们埋头苦干，遇见不懂的问题，有师傅们的精心示范、悉心指导和同事们的鼎力相助，让我这个知之不多的门外汉逐步成长为一个初步掌握技术的员工。今天，我站在这里要对曾经关心、指导、帮助，甚至批评过的领导、师傅和同事们说一声：衷心感谢！正是你们的真诚信任、细致关怀和无私帮助，让我在前进的道路勇往直前，才有我今天的成长和进步；正是你们的率先垂范，让我树立了服务理念，对爱岗敬业有了更清晰的认识：爱岗就是珍惜自己的工作岗位，热爱本职工作；敬业是把自己的工作当作一种精神享受的人生体验，在工作中表现为勤奋和主动、节俭和意志、自信和创新。
我是平凡岗位上一个平凡的员工。我没有轰轰烈烈的业绩，但在平凡的工作中，我收获了许多快乐。我会为解决一个小小的技术问题而窃喜；会为领导的信任与重视而高兴；会为在炎炎夏日给各部门送去清凉、在萧瑟寒冬为大家送去温暖而自豪；会为同事工友们的互助友爱而开怀；会为部门取得的任何荣誉而骄傲！我是平凡的，但也是快乐的。如果你问：如此平凡怎能快乐呢？我会告诉你：安心本职、敬业爱岗是我快乐的源泉！
平凡不排斥追求！我也有更高的追求。我要在思想觉悟上更加进步积极向党组织靠拢，要在技术水平上有更大的提升，在理论水平上更高的突破，在与同事工友的关系上更加和谐等等。古人云：不积跬步，无以至千里：不积小流，无以成江河。这也提醒我，实现以上追求需把一点一滴的小事做好，把一分一秒的时间抓牢，规范言行主动工作，努力提高工作质量和效益。我知道，在我身上还有许多这样或那样的不足，但我有信心也有决心，用实际行动，使自己在这平凡岗位上，早日成长为一名优秀的技术人员。
在平凡中收获快乐，在快乐中不断追求；平凡但不平淡，因为有快乐和追求！如果我们人人都能成为一个爱岗敬业的人，把工作当成一种享受，把工作当成一种使命，那我们的事业一定会蒸蒸日上，兴旺发达！

大家好！
成长的路很长，路上有无数的悲欢离合，让人唏嘘不已。但是，当你真正长大了，明白了，路边遍地都是各种各样的花，但最鲜艳的永远是那些“感恩的花”。
回顾过去，我们不禁会想，父母付出的是无私的奉献。但是我们并不为此感谢父母，只是一味的叛逆和放荡，太在意所谓的友情或者所谓的“千古恨”。我也做了一些离谱的事让父母伤心，原来的我也是！13岁的时候，觉得自己经历了一个转折点，体会到了父母的感情。但在那之前，我是。
我记得那是一个周末。我和父母一起吃了晚饭。对我的家人来说，这应该是一顿快乐的午餐。但是，父母突如其来的话让我很生气！我不喜欢他们把他们讨论的话题用在我身上，就随口骂了一句：“吃饭的时候能不能别说了！”“孩子，想听就听，不听就算了，大人说话不要插嘴！”我又骂了我一句“吃得开心！”顿时，我心中的熊熊烈火燃烧了起来！和他们“骂”了七百二十回合后，爸爸拿起棍子，用“_手”闪电般地把我打倒在地。一瞬间，我的疼痛就像刀割和剑刺。只是打了我一两次，但我能清楚的看到，爸爸疼自己，妈妈也疼，都是心痛！
后来，我哭了一下午。我很迷茫，不知道自己在哭什么！之后我仔细想了想。我后悔了。我很爱他们，但还是反驳他们。我开始醒悟，醒悟自己的无知，醒悟自己的一切错误。突然心里一震，发现自己过去的错误有多蠢。想想父亲让我永远依靠他们的能力，在我心里是很高的。
的！可是慢慢一看，现在爸爸的身子骨没有以前那么的利索，妈妈也没有像以前那么年轻、有活力了。
我对着自己说道：“你该长大了！”顿时，我自己恍然大悟，忘掉一切忧伤，只为有父母的陪伴。现在，我们不该迷茫了！要感恩父母，告别叛逆！告别张狂！就是我们迈出感恩父母的第一步；现在，每天放学，我会立刻跑去赶车回家，为的就是想多陪陪父母，陪陪自己最亲最亲的人！
学会感恩，感恩的花将会开遍我的成长之路，我会用我的一点一滴好好去培育它们，也会用温暖的阳光去沐浴。这朵花也使我知道为什么要感恩，而一些“感恩的种子”，便在这条路上发芽了。最后，让我们去学会感恩，不忘父母对我们所付出的一切吧！

自20xx年进集团工作至今，并没有为公司做出了不起的大贡献，也没特别值得炫耀可喜的成绩，我作为薇薇的一份子只是尽量做好属于自己岗位上的工作，尽自己最大的努力尽力尽快的为薇薇服务，为公司各部门积极提供各种需要的帮助，总结自己的经验，从经验中学习，向他人学习，尽量将自己的工作争取一次比一次做得更快更好，尽可能的提高工作效率，与同事能和睦相处，合作愉快。虽然如此，但我的付出得到了公司的认可，我深感无比的荣幸，我想公司的评优活动也再次向每位员工传达与说明了只要有付出，只要做好了属于你的那份工作，就会有回报的务实文化和平凡道理。因此，我认为，无论你是脚踏实地的做好了自己的工作，还是负责任的服务意识让xx让客户一致满意，还是以优秀扎实的综合素质能力成为公司骨干，都是优秀。
这次能被评为卓越贡献奖，我想这既是公司对我个人工作能力与成绩的肯定，也是对今后工作做得更好的一种鼓励。我也坚信，今后的工作一定会做得更好。薇薇的发展让我们成长，我们的共同努力让微新更加辉煌。

开展“学党章党规、学系列讲话，做合格党员”学习教育(以下简称“两学一做”学习教育)，是面向全体党员深化党内教育的重要实践，是推动党内教育从“关键少数”向广大党员拓展、从集中性教育向经常性教育延伸的重要举措。各地区各部门各单位党委(党组)要充分认识开展“两学一做”学习教育对于推动全面从严治党向基层延伸、保持发展党的先进性和纯洁性的重大意义，作为一项重大政治任务，尽好责、抓到位、见实效。开展“两学一做”学习教育，是落实党章关于加强党员教育管理要求、面向全体党员深化党内教育的重要实践，是推动党内教育从“关键少数”向广大党员拓展、从集中性教育向经常性教育延伸的重要举措，是加强党的思想政治建设的重要部署。各级党组织要将“两学一做”学习教育作为一项重大政治任务和今年党建工作的龙头任务，按照统一部署，精心组织安排，有力有序推进，确保尽好责、抓到位、见实效。
学习党章党规，必须着眼明确基本标准、树立行为规范。党章是管党治党的总章程，集中体现着党的基本理论和政治主张，集中体现着党的集体意志和原则要求。作为共产党员，必须尊崇党章、学习党章、遵守党章、维护党章。党规党纪是对党章的延伸和具体化，是规范党员行为的具体遵循。深入学习党章党规，唤醒党员党章党规意识，要强化党章意识，自觉把党章作为做人做事的根本遵循，把是否把党章作为行动的根本指南、是否切实践行入党誓词、是否模范履行党员义务和遵守党员领导干部要求作为衡量的标准和尺子；要强化纪律意识，自觉做到守纪律、讲规矩，把政治纪律和政治规矩摆在首位，牢固树立政治意识、大局意识、核心意识、看齐意识。坚持高线、守住底线，严格执行《廉洁自律准则》、《纪律处分条例》；要强化从严执纪意识，自觉履行管党治党的政治责任，全面执纪、抓早抓小，充分运用好监督执纪“四种形态”，一把尺子量到底，一寸不让抓执行，用执纪的严肃性和追责问责的约束性保障党章党规的权威性。
学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话，必须着眼加强理论武装、统一思想行动。十八大以来，习近平总书记围绕改革发展稳定、内政外交国防、治党治国治军各个方面，提出了中国梦、协调推进“四个全面”战略布局、新常态下的发展观、以社会主义核心价值观为引领、党要管党、从严治党等一系列治国理政的新理念新思想新战略，开辟了马克思主义新境界，开创了中国特色社会主义新局面。学习好、贯彻好总书记系列重要讲话精神，要在真学真懂真信真用上下工夫，见成效。

做合格共产党员，必须着眼党和国家事业的新发展对党员的新要求，坚持以知促行。按照讲政治、有信念，讲规矩、有纪律，讲道德、有品行，讲奉献、有作为的合格党员的标准，
一是要忠诚，对党绝对忠诚。忠诚于党的信仰、党的宗旨、党的组织。
二是要干净，树立清风正气。看牢自己，绝不放纵妄为；管住家人，绝不放任自流；谨慎交友，绝不放松警惕。

优质服务树形象 风正人和促发展
去年大学毕业后，通过**区的公开考选，我幸运地成为了**街道的一名社区工作者。在工作的这半年多的时间里，我感触非常深，同时也受益匪浅。从一个普通的大学生到一名合格的社区工作者，需要去学习的绝不仅仅是知识和经验这么简单。社区工作很琐碎、很辛苦，大到社区的经济发展，小到居民的生活琐事，社区干部都必须挂到心上，做好社区工作，需要我们社区干部有一颗平常心，要塌的下身子，耐的住寂寞，在平凡的岗位上默默无闻的奉献。九层之台，起于累土；千里之行，始于足下。圣人无常心，以百姓心为心。从小事做起，把细节做好，将工作做实，群众的满意和称赞就是社区干部最好的价值体现。
近一段时间以来，通过学习和实践，我发现要想做好社区工作，最重要的是要坚持 “以人为本、服务居民”的原则，围绕群众的需求抓服务，以服务促管理，以服务促创建，以服务聚人心。而要想做好服务工作，关键是需要社区干部端正工作态度，强化奉献意识，培养一流的工作作风，树立优质的服务形象。尤其是我们这些年轻的社区干部，缺乏足够的基层工作经
验，逐步地培养起一流的工作作风，不仅是我们做好社区工作的关键，也是顺利实现由青年学生向群众公仆的角色转变，迅速融入岗位的必由之路。
我们要强化服务意识，时刻以一个社区工作者的标准严格要求自己。用心想事，用心谋事，用心干事，把服务居民作为首要职责，把群众呼声作为第一信号，把百姓满意作为根本标准，在各项具体工作中保持亲民、爱民、便民的良好作风，自始至终贯穿服务意识、窗口意识、形象意识，急群众之所急，想群众之所想。
此外，我们还要积极地拉近与群众的距离，多与他们沟通，做他们的“贴心人”。今年1月份，***社区为60岁以上的老人发放生活补贴，对于个别身体状况不太好，腿脚不灵便，无法亲自到居委会领取的老人，我们主动进行上门服务。在上门服务的过程中，有一位叫***的老人，通过与她聊天，拉家常，得知她的儿子在外地打工，儿媳妇除了照顾她的饮食起居，还要忙于自己的工作，因为腿脚不灵便，***老人很少下楼活动，自己在家又没有人陪伴。对于这一情况，我们迅速展开了一项针对社区孤寡老人的摸底调查，并成立了由15名志愿者组成的爱心服务队，每周定期上门献爱心，与他们说说话，聊聊天，排遣老人的孤独感。此举赢得了社区居民的一致好评。
《尚书》云：“民惟国本，本固邦宁”。有良好的行为作风，才能提供优质的服务，群众才会拥护你，我们的各项事业才能有条不紊的推进和发展。最后，请允许我用一首小诗来结束今天的演讲：

我是来自韩国的朱慧贞。今天我演讲的题目是《东方明珠―上海》。
我来上海快要2个月了。但是这短短的2个月时间里，我对上海印象极佳，无法形容，只有一句话“太棒了”。
说实话，来上海之前，上海对我来说只不过是一个普通的中国城市而已。可是看了繁华的徐家汇，高雅的淮海路，雄阔的人民广场，具有异国风情神秘浪漫的外滩，上海奇迹浦东之后，我目瞪口呆了!
大家还记得，上海曾经流传过这样一句话吧。“宁要浦西一张床，不要浦东一幢房”。如今的浦东热闹起来了，我这个老外第一次踏上浦东的时候，就楞住了，呆住了，我脚迈不动了。
看，大桥上，商场内外，到处是一片璀璨华灯。这绵延不断的灯海，这千千万万数不清的灯光，闪烁着，闪烁着。
几年前，在韩国一个电视节目里看过浦东开发的介绍。眼前的浦东与几年前相比，真是大相径庭，天壤之别。我虽然不是中国人，但我从内心深深的地方涌现出对邓小平一片尊敬。我想，中国改革开放最大的成就是上海，浦东开发。北京是中国的心脏，上海是世界看中国的窗口。世界化城市之一上海，果然名不虚传。
但是，空气污染，交通问题等世界大城市所经历过的问题，上海也躲不开。如果上海能解决好这些问题的话，上海会成为一个名副其实的世界化城市。
北京奥运会的时候，世界各国游客会来上海，我也会来的。
上海博览会的时候，世界各国游客会来上海，我也会来的。
那时候我希望看到100%完美的上海，东方明珠，世界明珠――上海。

我是本次“运动会大赛”的获胜者李睿瑶。这一刻，我站在颁奖台上，面对台下这么多的观众，心情非常激动，也十分紧张。我很荣幸今天能够获得“20xx年秋季运动会”长跑组的第一名。这让我在今后的运动中有了更大的动力。
首先，感谢各位同学，老师对我的支持和鼓励，感谢各位美丽而又帅气的评委老师对我的认可。特别感谢我的指导老师――张老师，如果没有张老师她的细心教导，就不会有今天站在讲台上发言的我。在运动会的前两周，张老师一直教导我如何跑得更快，还有如何去很好的保持自己的体力。在她的悉心指导下，我一直在控制自己的跑步速度，把体力节省下来，用到该用的地方。在此之前的每周末，张老师利用休息时间，也定制属于我的跑步计划。正是有了张老师的辛勤付出，才有了今天这金闪闪的奖状。
今天站在领奖台上，我难以掩饰内心的兴奋，这个奖状，让我更有信心去超越自己，为自己创造更好的明天。我相信，通过努力，在未来，会有更多属于我的荣耀。谢谢大家！

“感恩的心，谢谢你，把我的一生……”一首《感恩的心》的歌唱出了人生的真谛。坚强、乐观、善良、富有同情心、友好……在众多中华美德中，懂得感恩是不可或缺的。一个人如果没有一颗感恩的心，即使有其他的美德，也不会蓬勃发展，历史悠久。如果世界上所有的人都心存感激，那么世界上就不会有进荒地的，一切都会从“山河无门”到“前途光明的村庄”。带着一颗感恩的心，抛弃一切怨恨和愤怒，抛弃一切嫉妒和不屑，只保留别人的善良，让自己的内心充满光明和温暖，带着一颗感恩的心去对待身边的人和事，那么生活就会充满幸福！
落叶在空中盘旋，奔向大地的怀抱，这是树木对养育它的母亲的感激；海浪在大海里跳跃歌唱，这是大海对汇聚于它的河流的感激；小草挥舞着嫩绿的枝条，这是对阳光照耀它的感激。我们要有一颗感恩的心，要感恩给我们生命的父母；感激的老师，他们认真地教导我们，用知识浇灌我们的成长；感激爱我们的人，是他们带给生活的快乐阳光；感谢那些鼓励我们的人，他们让我们自信；感激伤害我们的人，他们让我们吸取教训，更加自尊自强…
俗话说：“滴水之恩，当报泉。”即使你只是给别人一个善意的微笑和一个鼓励的手势，你也可能得到无与伦比的回报。如果世界上每个人都像故事里的医生一样，懂得感恩，学会感恩，永远感恩，就能战胜生活中的酸甜苦辣，让社会大放异彩！
现在，我们正处于人生的黄金时代，――青春期。作为肩负着传承中华文化重任的中学生，我们应该更加感恩，更加豁达。感恩之花盛开在成长的路上。我们要从身边的每一件小事做起，永远有一颗感恩的心！

培根曾说：读书足以怡情，足以长才。读一本好书，就如同上了一艘快船;它能带领我们从狭隘的地方，驶向无限广阔的生活海洋。“问渠那得清如许，为有源头活水来，”一个人想要心灵开明，就得时时补充新的知识，才能达到新境界。
古人云：腹有诗书气自华。所以多读书、读好书，可以让别人感觉到你的气质、你的风度;也可以让自己进一步懂得生活，学着发现和享受其中的美。在我们心里，我们愿意手执一本喜欢的书籍，静静的品读。偶尔淡淡的油墨香掠过鼻息，那所带来的是一种心灵上的惬意。揣摩人物内心里感情的波澜，感悟文字间所蕴含的深意，着又是一种精神上的共鸣。情到深处，有感而发，在空白的信纸上便留下自己所写下的几行文字。万千情感的喜乐哀愁，便在点点文字间表露无遗。
一年多的时光转瞬即逝，扶今追昔，我们倍感幸福!回顾一年来的大学生活，我们在学习上得到了充实、在工作中得到了锻炼、在生活中得到了成长。我们常常在资源丰富的图书馆将创意火花提炼，在的实验室将假设、猜想证明。身边师长的辛勤教导，同学间的良性竞争，激励着我们不断创造，读书治学。而多姿多彩的学习工作，给我们造就了另一种形式的学习。在组织各类活动的过程中，我们学会了如何尽最大所能为同学服务、如何与人沟通、如何进行团队合作。生活中，同学之间相知，成为一生的朋友，一年来我们互相照应、共同进步。 今天，我们获得了这些奖项，是党和国家对我们的关怀，是领导、老师、同学们对我们的肯定。但是我们绝不会因此而骄傲自满，我们将时刻牢记“为中华之崛起而读书”的责任!今天，我代表所有获奖的同学向关心、爱护我们的各级领导，向辛勤培育我们的老师郑重的承诺：
一、树立远大理想，不断追求进步。
二、热爱科学、追求真理、努力学习、奋勇争先。
三、积极进取、乐观自信、培养健康的心理和健全人格。

大家下午好! 今天，我能代表学校的获奖教师在这里发言，感到十分激动和荣幸，我深知这点成绩的取得，离不开领导的关心和同事的帮助，更离不开六年级全体同学的努力和配合。所以，请先允许我向各位领导、各位老师表示最诚挚的感谢和最衷心的祝福。
转眼间我来到王家沟小学工作已6年了。回首过去的6年，有付出的艰辛，也有收获的喜悦，沉重中有一种充实，奋斗中有一份快乐。而今王家沟小学对于我来说已不仅仅是一个工作的单位，更是一个追求梦想、实现抱负、展现自己才干的人生舞台。我时刻清楚自己有责任和义务教给学生知识，教他们做一个道德高尚、品行端正的人，在十几年的从教生涯中，让我深深领会到“教师”二字的丰富，真正明白“教师”二字所包含的深重责任。同时我也深深地感觉到，作为一名普通教师，虽然我们没有轰轰烈烈的先进事迹，也没有催人泪下的感人故事，但工作中的点点滴滴却蕴含奉献的精神。有人把教师比做红烛，燃烧着自己，照亮了别人。有人说教师是人类灵魂的工程师，花园中那辛勤的园丁。的确，这些都没有说错。但是，那些没有做过教师这个职业的人，又怎能深刻地去体会这些话的。教师这个职业注定了我们要比别人花上更多的时间和精力，把自己的热情和汗水倾注到孩子们的身上。我们的成长，关系到学生的进步，学校的发展，以及国家的未来。因此，我们要做的就是用自己的实际行动来让我们的教育事业焕发出青春的活力与希望。

很高兴能够拿到优秀管理者这一奖项，真心的感谢大家!因为这个奖项对我来说不仅是一份沉甸甸的荣誉，更是代表了公司领导对我，以及我所在团队在过去一年里工作成果的认可。感谢各位同事一年来对我工作的的无限支持和理解，谢谢!
公司是个大家庭。在这里百花齐放、百家争鸣。我是20--年8月来到公司的，五年多的时间，在----这个大家庭里工作、学习。从最初开发部的一名普通员工，到今天公司的一名基层管理者;从最初的一名愣头青，到今天可以独档一面的我;从最初的单身贵族，到今天已为人父的我，尽管有付出，但我的收获更多，提升更大。我的每一步前进，都饱含了上级领导的提携、同事们的帮助。
有人问我，你为何如此幸运，在----收获了这么多?我想了很多，却没有贸然地答复。我也不知道原因，我只知道，每个人不论在哪里，干什么，只有在一个稳定的平台上，兢兢业业的工作，持之以恒，并怀着一颗感恩的心，那么一个人离成功也就不远了。
走下台去，一切将从头开始，20--年，我将更加努力工作，按照公司的要求，带领我的团队，不辜负领导对我的信任，同事对我的支持。同时真心地期望与在座的各位一道在----公司一起成长、一起发展，一起走向更大的成功。
