我相信，我们在坐的大多数人都曾经过“导航”、“启航”、“领航”的指引，都曾品尝过昼夜苦读的艰辛，甚至曾经徘徊在放弃的边缘，终于战胜了彷徨与挫折，稳稳地踏上师范大学这片沃土!这里有我们渴求的书林翰海，有我们企盼的学界鸿儒，更有我们向往的开拓进取、勇于创新之精神!
青春如同一粒种子，安逸过了，也许从此丧失萌芽的活力。
生命只给人一次青春，我选择追求，去追求生命的梦想，放飞生命的色彩。
我要让青春像风帆一样，在狂风摇曳波浪敲击的时候，也要潇洒地走一回，哪怕最终被风浪淘汰，也无悔这一生毕竟经历了富有意义的旅行。
我要让青春像种子一样，在泥土重压冷水浸泡的时候也要吐一吐志向，哪怕最后在秋节里枯萎，也无悔这一生毕竟孕育了果实。
我要让青春象寒梅一样，在冰天雪地的日子也要吐一吐我的芳香，哪怕最后还是无可奈何花落去，也无怨自己曾经拥有的美丽。

青春如梦，岁月如歌，时光消逝，何能复得？青春是人生中一段难以磨灭的插曲，它注定是“不平凡”的。它需要我们用心灵和智慧去诠译，它更需要我们用勇气和自信去充实。
人们总说“梦一样的青春”，青春时代是一个短暂的美梦，当你再醒来时，它早已消失得无影无踪了。但那些流下的汗水，纯洁的友谊，炽热的梦想都保留了下来。飞扬的青春有飞扬的心，我们的梦想可能幼稚了些，可能平凡了些，却是不加修饰，不沾染风尘，最真最美的。
那些美丽的梦不能只是你幻想中的城堡，必须一砖一瓦地堆砌。梦想的确是需要去梦、去想，但别忘了，我们是青年啊，是激情洋溢、踌躇满志的青年啊，我们有旺盛的精力，有聪慧的头脑，既然梦想是有可能实现的，你甘心于只是梦和想吗？你希望别人都在做幸福的守望者，自己却一事无成吗？你希望别人的汗水耕耘出金黄的麦浪，自己一伸手，却打碎了一面镜子，镜子中是自己缥缈的梦想吗？
一个人要实现自己的梦想最重要的是要具备两个条件，一个是勇气，一个是行动，合抱之木，生于毫末；九层之台，起于垒土；千里之行，始于足下。放飞理想，不要怕路途艰险；放飞理想，不要说山遥路远；放飞理想，让汗水绘成人生的画卷；放飞理想，让成败谱写人生的诗篇！
让理想，黯淡艰难困苦；用希望，冲淡失败与挫折。让清风，吹散漫天云雾；用启明，引导光明的出现！放飞理想，升起心中的启明，让心中的启明引导你走出黑暗，托起生命中的太阳！

今天是中地海外十周岁的生日，能够借此盛会与各位前辈和同仁欢聚一堂，我感到万分的激动和喜悦！
十个春夏与秋冬的轮回，中地海外人在非洲这片热土上演绎着人生不同的酸甜苦辣，十年前，我们放飞了激情与梦想，十年后，我们收获责任与希望，十年的风雨，练就了我们翱翔长空的翅膀，十年的汗水，铸就了我们今日事业的辉煌。青春如诗，岁月如歌。能够在公司成立十周年的契机下，加入中地海外，作为一名新人，我又感到十分的荣幸。
20xx年6月30日，我与返尼的一批老员工踏上了埃航的班机，这也算是我人生中第一次背井离乡。想到一年之后才能再回到祖国和亲人的怀抱，我的眼眶渐渐的湿润了。幸而身旁老员工善意的提醒与玩笑让我的心情轻松不少。看着他们古铜色的脸庞上因谈笑风生而鲜活起来，我不禁好奇到底是什么牵引着他们放弃爱人温暖的怀抱、儿女可爱的呢哝，千山万水来到这片贫瘠的土地的呢？旅途中有幸认识了水务公司的老高，同是湖北老乡，我们自然很快熟络起来。听他说，这刚好是他来尼日利亚的第十个年头。说到这，他一脸满是自豪———他自己在尼日利亚各地已打下1000多口井，公司在当地人民中甚至赢得了找水之神的称号。
我不禁好奇的问道：你出来快十年了，难道不想家里的老婆孩子？他竟然这样对我说：当然想，每天都想，对于这个家，我是个匆匆的过客，我有太多的亏欠，我只能在物质上好好补偿他们。但每次飞往非洲时心情都难免激动。回到水务公司，我又有一种回家的感觉。 乡愁染白了漂泊在外的人儿的双鬓，那几句小时候，乡愁是一枚小小的邮票；我在这头，母亲在那头。
长大后，乡愁是一张窄窄的船票；我在这头，新娘在那头……更是撩动多少人难名的思绪。我本以为莫把他乡作故乡是至理名言，不料老高的话让我恍然大悟——两头本来都是家！将公司当做家！我想这正是中地海外能够在尼取得长足发展的精神关键：
从最初的单一打井工程，至目前的供水、大坝、灌溉、机场、公路桥梁、房建、房地产等多个工程领域，并取得了辉煌的成绩，目前在建的工程项目有近50个，合同总额超过20亿美元。同时集团公司还拥有路桥公司、水务公司、房建公司、房地产公司、装饰建材公司、贸易公司、咨询公司、水利水电公司、钻探公司、石场公司、农业公司等十多个专业化分公司……
过去的十年，是CGC飞速发展的十年，也是硕果累累的十年。但这所有的一切都离不开那些将公司当做家，长期辛勤奋战在尼各地的中地海外人。
把公司当做家！这是我正式入职中房地产公司学到的第一点。还清晰的记得，在迎新的宴会上，房地产公司总经理熊总对我说道小雷啊，在我们这里倡导工作制度化、生活人性化，工作期间大家公私分明，按制度办事。但只要脱下工装，就没有上下级，大家就都是兄弟，有什么说什么…熊总的一番话顿时让拘谨的我放松不少，看着大家真诚的笑脸、和善的言谈，我觉得心里暖暖的，这里就是我的家！
把公司当做家，更需要我们已主人翁的责任心去建设它，爱护它。每个人都被生命询问，而他只有用自己的生命才能回答此问题；只有以‘负责’来答复生命。因此，‘能够负责’是人类存在最重要的本质。维克多如是说。责任比能力更重要。由于我属于办公室人员，日常工作纷繁复杂，头绪多、压力大。刚开始我只是简单的把工作当成一个差事来干，很容易就会觉得疲倦，渐渐地也没有了激情和动力。
后来，与领导谈心中得知他以前也从事办公室工作，他语重心长地告诉我，只有具有强烈的责任感，才会把工作当成学问来研究，才会把工作当成事业来干。把工作当成学问来研究，就没有解决不了的问题、就没有克服不了的困难；把工作当成事业来对待，就永远不会缺乏激情和干劲。没有责任心的人永远不会成功。我尝试着调整自己的心态，很快我就发现我所做的事虽小，但绝不是无足轻重的。细节虽细又小，但小中蕴大，小可制大。一项工作有一个环节不落实，整个工作链就中断了，就不能实现预期的效果。不重细节看似方法问题，实是态度问题。一个人只有具有强烈的责任感，才能以高度负责的态度对待工作，才会创造性的解决各种问题，才会使自己的能力展现得淋漓尽致。
责任第一，能力第二。这也正是中地海外的企业文化！正是这样的企业文化才造就了中地海外这样一只能打硬仗敢打硬仗善打硬仗的队伍！
房地产公司是这样的一支年轻的队伍，这里有成熟稳重的70后，睿智洒脱的80后，活泼个性的90后……。作为90后的代表，我愿意将自己的青春与CGC下一个十年紧密的联系在一起。壮士腰间三尺剑，男儿腹内五车书。中地海外无疑给我提供了一个广阔的舞台，并以它强大的奋斗不息的精神时刻影响着我。
青春是每个人必经的'人生春季。怎样度过这宝贵的青春年华，也是每个人必须做出的抉择。人各有志，追求各异。然而，一段终生难忘的海外历程，一种刻骨铭心的青春岁月，必将会成为整个人生的基石，更是一次感情与事业的高峰。
青年，就应该像青年一样活着，没有意志，理想则不成现实。没有理想，青春则没有意义。
选择中地海外，就应该站在时代前列奔跑，有河流奔流到海一样的决心；就应该拥有种子一样的梦想，有任人踩踏却不屈的坚强。也许，我会失败，但失败怎么了？失败并不可怕，不气馁，坦承地面对自己的失败，总结经验，用青年独有的激情和壮志把它奋斗一生。也许，我会成功，但成功又如何？成功不是全部，不自满，谦卑地正视自己的成功，超越自我，用青年独有的坚忍和毅力将事事进行到底。踏步，扬帆！
纵前路多舛，苦难重重，也不忧伤，更不后悔，因为我是青年人，也是令人自豪的中地海外人！
光阴荏苒，时光飞逝，转眼间，我到公司工作已十八余载。回首过去我走过的足迹，其中的酸甜苦辣、点点滴滴，犹如昨日。现在我细细品来，其中滋味颇耐人寻味，格外令我感慨。我想说，十八年在历史长河中如匆匆过隙，但对于人的一生来说，又有几个十八年，又有多少时间经得起折腾。因此，年轻就要珍惜时间，为青春喝彩，为梦想拼搏。作为咱们公司的一名老员工，我想谈谈这些年来我获得的人生感悟，与大家共勉。
有人经常抱怨生活不公平，常常怨天尤人。但有人说过，上帝是公平的，他为你关上一扇门，同时也会为你打开一扇窗。
你怎么对待生活，生活也会回赠你什么样的生活。面对逆境，有人经常抱怨不公平，常常怨天尤人。也有人认为生活的磨难是上天赐给他的一笔难能可贵的财富。
我出生在一个很普通的家庭里。父亲是军人、母亲是公安局兼妇女主任，所以，文革时都受到严重迫害。母亲身体不好，经不住打击，我6岁那年，便得病去世了。幸好，天可怜见。我虽没有了母亲，但得到了姐姐如慈母般无微不至的关怀照顾。那时姐姐才12岁，但她小小的肩膀扛起了母亲的责任。用她那弱小、纤细的双手把我抚养长大。如今，我也身为人母，对母爱有了更深层次的理解。
每每回忆起姐姐为了照顾我，常常累得气喘吁吁，汗流浃背，我就深受感动。小小年纪便早早扛起家庭的重担。没有大人的呵护，没有玩耍时间，姐姐为我放弃了许多，那是多么不易，多么善解人意啊！因此，我一生都会感激姐姐，感激她对我的无私奉献。
常人说，“穷人的孩子早当家。”在这样艰苦的家庭环境中长大，我也养成了心怀感恩、坚强、乐观、肯吃苦的优良品质。不会去计较太多的得失，只有付出，不求回报，勇敢去面对一切。这对我今后的人生道路可以说是获益良多。
是的，人生需要拼搏，那你的人生即使没有鲜花的喝彩，也会有精彩的浪花。1994年，我31岁便只身来到厦门湖里寻找生计。那时湖里还没开发一片荒凉。马路上几乎看不到几个人影。几经辗转，我应聘到国防大厦筹建处，当一名出纳员。那时，公司正处于起步阶段，条件不是很好，全公司上下总共才有10多名职员。可以说，人少事多，工作环境还比较差。
是什么让我坚持下来，一直到现在呢？我会说，是精神，我们公司全体员工奋发向上、不怕吃苦的精神。是温馨，是我们公司犹如大家庭般的温暖。
记得，我刚走上岗位，对工作还很陌生，虽然年龄不是很小，但我心里既紧张又慌乱，害怕出错。因此，经常性的出现一些小差错，使我深深感到自责。但令我欣慰与庆幸的是，我的领导和同事们并没有对我的表现批评和责备，而是不厌其烦的指导我如何去做，并教导我如何放下思想包袱，如何进入角色。让我倍感领导的关怀和集体的温暖。我暗下决心，一定和大家一起，为公司美好的明天而努力。我也一直践行这自己的承诺。有时工作忙的时候，我和大家一起加班加点到零晨，牺牲休息时间，一边搬货、一边谈笑风生，都不觉的累，大家都没有一句怨言，休息时大家聚在一起喝喝小酒，谈人生规划、谈未来生活。虽然工作苦，但大家都过得很充实、很开心。
我们陪着公司经历了许多大大小小的风雨，一次次与公司一起力往狂澜，一次次为公司的进步而开怀大笑。是的，有付出就会有回报。有辛勤的耕耘便会收获累累的硕果。如今，在大家的共同努力下，我们公司已发展成为一个具有几千人规模的多种经营集团企业，年经济效益达X万元。我也凭着一股子执拗劲和不服输的干劲，从当初的小职员成为公司行政部副经理。现在，主要负责公司的行政管理工作。
十八年来，对一个女人来说，是人生重大的转折点。我早已从当初懵懂不懂事的小女孩成为一位慈祥的母亲，享受着工作与生活带来的乐趣。不过，我也曾彷徨过、迷茫过，当家庭和事业这两个选项要我从中选择的时候，我困惑了，迷茫了。在我犹豫不绝的时候，有一个轻轻的声音正从我心底冒出来，你愿意放弃谁呢？请听听你的心吧。于是，出于对事业的热爱和眷恋，我毅然选择两者都不放弃。选择虽简单，但要坚持却很难。这意味着更大的责任，更多的付出，更多的辛劳。特别是每天除了工作以外，我想家、更想孩子。尽管人累得筋疲力尽，可一想到孩子可爱的面庞，疲惫就会顿然消失。工作累着的时候，想想家人，就觉得自己再苦再累也值得。
因此，我要说，人的一生会遇到很多十字路口，有辉煌也有低谷的时候，需要我们用好的心态去面对一切，随时都要注意前面你是选择坚持还是放弃，都取决于你的内心。一旦选择坚持，就请你抛开包袱，勇敢地去迎击风浪，挑战重重障碍。因为，有付出一定会有收获的。
尊敬的各位领导，各位评委：
大家好！我是七号演讲者，今天我演讲的题目是《红旗渠精神助力青春梦想》。敢想敢干、实事求是，是红旗渠精神的灵魂；自力更生、艰苦奋斗，是红旗渠精神的体现；团结协作、无私奉献是红旗渠精神的保证。红旗渠，不仅创造了巨大的物质财富，而且是一笔无价的精神财富，留给了人们无穷无尽的回味与思索。
林州是个土薄石厚、水源奇缺的贫困山区。“水缺贵如油，十年九不收，豪门逼租债，穷人日夜愁”是旧林县的真实写照。新中国成立后，在党的领导下，林州人民发扬“自力更生，艰苦奋斗”精神，以“重新安排林县河山”的决心，先后建成英雄渠、南谷洞水库、弓上水库等水利工程。但由于水源有限，仍不能解决大面积灌溉问题，“引漳入林”是林县人民多年的愿望。红旗渠1960年开始动工，1965年4月5日完成长70。6公里，落差为1/8000的总干渠建设。红旗渠以浊漳河为源，全部开凿在峰峦迭嶂的太行山腰。就是这样艰险的工程，生性倔强的林州人，硬是以“艰苦奋斗，自力更生”的韧劲在太行山腰上修建了一条人工天河，从此，多山的林州地图上多了一条代表水的蓝色曲线——红旗渠。
在修建红旗渠的过程中，无数青年用鲜血和汗水诠释了青春与梦想，诠释了红旗渠精神，除险英雄任羊成就是其中的一员。
引漳入林工程动工后，任羊城转移到红旗渠工地劈山修渠，为保证施工安全，领导上决定成立除险队，任羊城第一个报名，被大家推选为除险队队长，他终日带领队员们腰系大绳，飞崖下崭，凌空除险，扫除障碍，被群众成为“飞狐神鹰”。有一次，他带头爬到70多丈高的悬崖上除险，没想到一块石头突然落下，砸在他的嘴上，三颗牙齿横在嘴里，一阵麻木，鲜血顺着嘴角流下来，任羊城没有多想用随身携带的钳子将砸碎的牙齿拔出，忍着巨痛，一直坚持到任务完成。工地领导让他去医院治疗，但他放心不下，惦念着自己不去除险，修渠民工就会多一分危险。第二天，戴着口罩背着大绳又上山崭除险。
一个人正如一只时钟，是以他的行动决定其价值的。作为一名国税人、一名红旗渠精神的传人，我要立志高远、塌实肯干，要具有“自力更生艰苦创业”的勇气，继续弘扬“团结协作无私奉献”的红旗渠精神。

有一次，他爬上通天沟除险，失足跌在圪针丛里，当挣扎着爬起来的时候，脊背上扎满了尖尖的枣刺儿，忍着疼痛，又爬上山崖，继续工作，坚持除险。晚上，房东老大娘和儿媳妇给他挑刺，一个钟头，挑了一手窝，他硬是一声不吭。
随着时间的推移，对工作内容的熟悉，每天我都在做一些细小的事，做一些点滴之事，我能感觉到自己的变化，在工作中也能获得一种满足感。然而，与越来越多纳税人接触，开始发觉自己说话有些稚嫩，对业务的解释不专业、不透彻。我不禁问自己：“我在做什么？
敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：
问世间什么最美丽，是明媚的阳光？是灵动的山川？还是微风吹拂着的波澜？我说：最美丽的是我们跳跃的青春！对于我们，青春已经伴着我们走进了大学的校园，大家活跃在这美丽的校园中，拿着课本，背着书包，青春的脸盘上洋溢着阳光的气息，青春的梦想更是在我们每个人的心里编织。
青春的梦想是石，敲出星星之火；是灯，照亮前行的道路；是火，点燃希望的灯；是路，引你走向黎明。但是，如果我们空有理想而不付诸于行动，我们将一事无成，就如同一万个零不如一个一。理想好比是巨轮的罗盘与灯塔，能够指引着前进的方向，而行动则是理想力量的泉源、智慧的摇篮、是理想冲锋的战旗、斩棘的利剑，任何理想，只有脚踏实地得去努力才变得有意义。
有一位哲人说过：“梦里走了许多路，醒来还是在床上。”它形象地告诉我们：人不能躺在梦幻式的理想中生活。“临渊羡鱼，不如退而结网”，“合抱之木,生于毫未,九层之台,起于垒土,千里之行,始于足下，”这些都是古人的语言，告诉我们切莫空想，要从点滴开始做起，把理想真正赋予于实际行动中。
当然，实现理想的路上免不了坎坷崎岖，我们需要有决心，有信心，有不畏艰难、锲而不舍的精神，面对挫折，我们不能望而生畏，就此却步，要拿出客服困难的勇气，不懈地去努力，面对成绩，则不能沾沾自喜，不思进取，要戒骄戒躁，以此为动力去争取更大的成功，因为，青春正在赋予着我们激情、力量，我们没有任何理由有丝毫的懈怠，从而消磨浪费它，我们要在不断追求与奋斗中挥洒青春的色彩，让青春飞扬！
正是青春的激情，鼓舞着我们的斗志；正是青春的芬芳，陶醉着我们的心灵；正是青春的奋斗，成就着远大的理想，昨天的`理想，就是今天的希望，今天的理想，就是明天的现实！放飞我们的理想，相信你有改变的力量！放飞我们的理想，心手相通一齐努力的方向！放飞我们的理想，让大海掀起巨浪！让我们理想真正在行动中启航！
没有人知道月亮是什么时候圆的，又是什么时候缺的。就像很多人不知道大学生活是怎样结束的一样，在刚刚绽开的花儿面前不懂得去珍惜，去欣赏，等到花儿将谢之时，才如梦初醒，然而鲜艳和美丽却早已随风逝去，感伤随之就到了。那么，这样的青春还有什么激情可言呢！
此刻，我短短的几分钟演讲也许并不会给大家留下多么深刻的印象。但是这却是我勇于展示自我，放飞青春的第一步。
高中生活应该是多姿多彩的，在这里我们塑造人生，雕刻梦想，燃烧激情。在这如火的青春时光中，我们不仅要孜孜不倦地汲取知识，充分利用党和政府为我们创造的良好的学习环境，更要全面提高自身素质，接受锻炼，为将来踏入社会，走好人生第一步打下坚实的基础，甚至实现了自我的梦想，也或者有所成就。这难道不是我们所期待的吗？这难道不是青春该有的状态吗？年轻人就该有斗志有朝气，不是吗！
最后，请大家回答我一个问题：我们21世纪的高中生一定能在如火的青春舞曲中释放激情，扬爱国主义 立志为国进取爱国就是对祖国的忠诚和热爱。历朝历代，许多仁人志士都具有强烈的忧国忧民思想，以国事为己任，前仆后继，临难不屈，保卫祖国，关怀民生，这种可贵的精神，使中华民族历经劫难而不衰。爱国的内容十分广泛，热爱祖国的山河，热爱民族的历史，关心祖国的命运，在危难之时英勇战斗，为祖国捐躯，都是爱国主义的表现。在中华民族五千年的发展历程中，中华民族形成了以爱国主义为核心的伟大的民族精神。
少年兴则国兴，小年强则国强。我们要适应时代发展的要求，正确认识祖国的历史和现实，增强爱国的情感和振兴祖国的责任感，树立民族自尊心与自信心；弘扬伟大的中华民族精神，高举爱国主义旗帜，锐意进取，自强不息，艰苦奋斗，顽强拼搏。
