I enter tile university after years of hard study and preparation(准备). But life in the university is not as satisfactory(满意) as what I had expected. I become lazy and don“t want to become silcent. I become puzzled. I don”t know what I can do in the future. Then I become unhappy.
Four years in the university is only a short period when compared my whole lifetime. Now it has passed a half. 青春是辉煌的、叛逆的、无悔的，青春是充满活力的、不知疲倦的，青春也是不羁的，充满挑战的。
青春对于任何人来说，都是一个特殊的存在，它记载了我们年少时的欢声笑语，失败后的迷茫无挫，它在我们的人生画卷中划上浓重的一笔。它是我们人生中一个美好而又值得留恋的时光。
对于许多曾拥有过青春的人来说，最后悔的事就是没有珍惜那逝去的而又美丽的时光。如今，正处在青春年华的我们，口头上说着“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴”“少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲”，而又有谁能付之于行动呢?
一些人的青春都是被自己虚度的，在该学习时期，放肆玩耍，不努力。长大后，整天游手好闲，不务正业。当生活窘迫时，才番然顿悟，后悔终生。
也有些人，很早就明白了青春的珍贵，把握好时间，为自己的理想而努力，最终功成名就。
青春带给我们一些快乐与烦恼。一方面，我们可以享受青春带给我们的“特权”——无限的精力与旺盛的体力。另一方面，我们将要面对繁重的学习任务，父母、老师的唠叨与管教，同龄人之间的攀比。

大家好!我是007，非常荣幸能够有这样一次机会来到这里跟大家分享关于“青春”的话题，我演讲的题目是《奋斗的青春最美丽》。每当我们谈起青春，我们总认为那是一段最美的时光，在那段时光里，我们敢爱敢恨敢于追逐梦想，不怕失败，尽管会经历失败，也许会荣获成功，但我们每一天都活成了最美的样子，这就是青春的美丽。今天当我再次谈起青春这个话题，可能不少人要唏嘘青春是多么短暂，已经在我的指缝中悄然流逝。其实不然，青春的魅力可以永葆，青春也可以更加美丽，那便是通过奋斗的模样。
奋斗过我们才明白青春的真谛，才能仔细地感受其中的刺激，让我们读懂青春的趣味;奋斗过我们才能体会青春的意义，才能经历所谓的失败，也能够敢拍拍身上的灰勇敢地继续前行;奋斗过我们才更知青春的不易，只有当我们努力奋斗过，青春才变得更加的充实，等到我们年老时满满的回忆才能在我们脑海中涌现。
如果现在再让我们回忆当时的青春年华，我们脑中想象的画面，可能是在网吧通宵的几个夜晚，也可能是心里暗恋着一个美丽的姑娘，但不敢去表白，也可能是跟小伙伴一起在课堂上玩闹等等，这或许是我们眼中的青春。但我今天想告诉大家的是现在我们也同样仍是青春大好时期。曾经有过这样一句话:现在，青春是用来奋斗的;将来，青春是用来回忆的。
我们现在正是为青春增添光彩的关键时刻，我们现在有过硬的本领，也有十足的经验，我们现在所有的奋斗只会让我们即将或者马上要过去的青春，再添绚丽多彩的一笔。青春的时间到底有多长，并不是我们所意味着短暂的那十几年，只要我们奋斗过，青春的魅力就一直在我们每一个人的心中永驻。要想在年老之后回忆起青春是无悔的我们就应该从现在开始以奋斗的姿态迎接接下来的每一天。
要让奋斗的青春呈现最美的样子，我们首要就应该拿出“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”的奋进态度。奋斗不一定就是为了多么辉煌的成就，哪怕只是做好每一天的工作，认认真真完成每一个安置的任务，这就足够了，认真生活，努力工作，这才是最简单的奋斗。
奋斗也要有“任尔东西南北风”的精神，不怕困难，勇往直前。雄鹰展翅高飞之前也经历过无数次的坠崖练习;蚕蛹破茧成蝶也经受过无数次的伤痛;凤凰重生更是过了大火的考验。哪有成功是容易的?奋斗的路上也许会充满荆棘，我们也要一路前行，让青春保持最美的样子!

大家好!今天我要演讲的题目是《梦·青春》。
同学们，我们正怀着激动好奇的心奔向青春，很多同学都在构筑着青春的画面，那青春是什么呢?我想，青春是用拼搏的汗水酿成的琼浆——历久弥香;青春是用不凋的希望织成的彩虹——绚丽辉煌;青春是用永恒的执著和顽强的韧劲筑起的一道铜墙铁壁——固若金汤。烟花在夜空中写下灿烂的符号，星穹留下绚丽的文章，而我，在月光如水处抒写下与青春的约定：不负青春，不负韶华!
青春拼搏与梦齐飞!青春者，如四季之春，犹一日之晨。我想，不负青春，是青春的激情，鼓舞着我们的斗志;是青春的芬芳，陶醉着我们的心灵;是青春的奋斗，成就着远大的理想。青春的岁月充满奇迹，今天的希望，今天的理想，将是明天的现实。周扬曾说：“我们的斗争和劳动，就是为了不断地把先进的理想变为现实。”青春的拼搏与梦想相连，青春为梦想插上最有力的翅膀，展翅飞翔就是不负时光。不要说，你没有梦想。因为年轻的我们拥有最灿烂的年华、最披荆斩棘的武器，所以，你凭什么浪费青春?你又有什么理由放弃梦想?
然而有些人不是没有梦想，恰好相反，他们也有着远大的梦想，只是却一直躲在自己编织的世界里逃避现实而踌躇不前，他们惧怕梦想破灭的打击，任凭梦想在时间的流水中或生锈，或被腐蚀殆尽。韩寒说：让梦想成真的最好方法就是醒来。所以，是时候醒一醒了，是时候走出象牙塔为自己拼一回了，是时候为青春负责，为明天而奔跑了!
如同邓亚萍的持之以恒。从小酷爱打乒乓球的她梦想着有朝一日在世界赛场上大显身手。却因身材矮小，手腿粗短而被拒于国家队大门之外。但她怎会就此放弃梦想?正值青春年少的她以梦为马，苦练球技，贯彻始终的努力终是催开了梦想的花蕊——她如愿站上了世界冠军的领奖台。青春的意义正是为理想而努力奋斗，果断追求!
我国数学家陈景润少年时，就立志要在数学上有所作为而努力学习，为了攻克“哥德巴赫猜想”，他整天进行演算，光计算过的稿纸，就整整装了几麻袋，终于初步论证了这一猜想，创造了欧洲人用计算机都没能做到的奇迹。无数人青春的足迹，告诉我们：奋斗，才是青春里最华丽高贵的色彩。
董卿说：“没有一条追逐梦想的道路是平坦的。”它可能蜿蜒曲折，我们会跌倒，也会哭泣，但我们需要决心，需要勇气，需要以此为动力去取得更大的成功。因为，青春正在赋予着我们激情、力量，难道我们有理由懈怠，从而浪费它吗?
教室里，阳光点吻着微微泛黄的桌子，桌边的我沉浸在题海里，周围一群人或埋头奋笔疾书，或围在一团讨论着演讲的题材，或拿着卷子三三两两去“围堵”刚刚下课的老师。所有的人，都在拼尽全力走向未来，哪怕未来很远，我们也要竭尽全力地踮起脚尖。也许你会问，努力的意义，前行的力量是什么?
是梦想。是始于青春路上的一个约定：不负青春，不负韶华!
老话说得好：“天外有天，人外有人”之前，我一直没把这句话放在心上，也没往深处想，但是今天我却深深体会到了这句话的含义。
今天晚上，中央一台播放《主持人大赛》，这个节目给了我很深的感受。节目里的选手展现的实力一个比一个强，老妈的赞美声就一直没停：“哇，这个厉害，逻辑思维非常清晰。这个穿红色衣服的选手更了不得，反应超快，思维敏捷。这个男选手也好棒，一路表现稳扎稳打”听着老妈的“精彩点评”我忍不住在想，电视里的选手如果是我，老妈得多开心!
赛场上自然有人带着遗憾而去，也有人尽兴而归。不管怎样，我很佩服台上那些选手，他们在舞台上收放自如，十分愉悦与自然。舞台完全成了一个大型的聊天会场，没有想象中的紧张和竞争的火药味儿。评委老师就像经验丰富的论坛老者，指点着初出茅庐的新选手。被淘汰的选手，也没有气馁，吸取老前辈的经验，然后再往前走，或许会走得更远。我也从评委老师的精彩点评中学到了很多的知识。
这个节目中最令我震撼的环节，是看图即兴发挥。这个环节非常考验选手的临场发挥能力以及对人性的了解。当我看到第一幅图时，一位老人奄奄一息地躺在病床上。许多好心人为她捐款，加上选手声情并茂的解说，令人十分感动，人间充满了真情。可接下来的反转却令人十分气愤，因为图上的老人开豪车住豪宅，完全是一个骗局。我觉得他很可悲，因为他消耗了人性的美好。
这次大赛的总冠军邹韵的一番话，我深受感动。当你真正需要帮助的时候，再去求助，别滥用别人对你的温暖关怀和爱心。每个人都希望我们的世界明天会比今天会更美好，而美好更重要的一个填充部分是善。这不是一个人的善，不是一群人的善，而是每一个人的善，毕竟一花独放不是春，百花齐放才能春满园。
在看这个节目前，我参加过很多朗诵比赛，主持过不少活动，也获得了不少奖项，我很自豪，也引以为傲。现在我才知道，正当我沉浸在这喜悦中的时候，那些比我更加优秀的人正在努力奋斗，我想成他们其中一员，这种距离虽然太远太远，不过我想：理想就是一盏灯，它会照亮我前进的方向，只要我坚持不懈地去努力，相信也能慢慢靠近并到达彼岸。

大家好。我是来自高二10班的陈立杰。今天我打算结合自己的竞赛经历，谈一谈关于竞赛方面的一些事情。
先讲讲自己的竞赛经历吧。
我想世界上没有人能随随便便成功吧，以前的我也是一个对竞赛和学习感到迷茫的少年，我初中的时候可以说是一个很普通的学生，参加数学竞赛没有取得过好成绩，成绩也平平常常，唯一的爱好就是电脑。于是我就去参加了信息学竞赛。但是初三的我连三等奖都没有拿到。其他学科的成绩也因此一落千丈。
那个时候我父母让我放弃，我自己也想放弃。
我当时想，就算搞竞赛我也不一定有前途吧，或许成绩全部变得很差，一生就毁了呢?而且竞赛这么残酷，万一失败了那真的是无路可走了。那样我还要搞竞赛么?又能得到什么呢?起跑线上就已经输了很多了，可能真的是放弃比较好吧。
但是，人生只有一次!不努力过怎么知道能否成功!失败了后悔总比啥都不做光后悔要好很多!如果不努力不尝试那么你就已经输了!这才是，洒满了血泪的青春啊!失败再爬起来再失败再爬起来才是男子汉!
正是因为我们还年轻才有无限的可能性，如果就此向命运和现实屈服的话我就不配做一个杭外人。就算真的失败了，我想悔恨的泪水也比空虚的时间好很多吧。
接下来我就开始为了自己的梦想而奋斗了，可能真的比较努力吧，2年以来我没有玩过游戏，所有的休息日和假期都在认真学习。并不是十分有天赋的自己也取得了一些成绩。
现在想想自己真的很幸运吧，在这么好的学校里念书，有这么好的老师支持，和这么好的同学们在一起。
回顾了我的竞赛之路，我感到参加竞赛最关键的一点就是一旦确立目标，就千万不要放弃，坚持努力与奋斗。我一直认为没有聪明人和笨人，只有努力的和不努力的人，只要努力起来，像我这样的人也能取得一些成绩。如果放弃的话，那在最开始已经输了。
其次我认为竞赛也是一件很快乐很开心的事情，无论是学会了知识之后感到的理性愉悦，还是做出了难题之后内心的满足，都是高中生活中最珍贵的精神财富。那些觉得竞赛很苦的人，我想如果在竞赛中不能得到快乐，只是单纯为了获得奖项参加竞赛的话，那竞赛也确实能成为很痛苦的事情。
另外我们杭外人最宝贵的精神就是自主学习，俗话说的好“老师引进门，修行靠自身”，竞赛之中自主学习的精神更是相当重要的。当自主学习了很多知识之后，眼界和视野开阔了，境界自然不同了。
同时最好能多加强与同行之间的交流，一道难题往往在大家你一句我一句的交流中就解决了，更有可能因此而交到一些一生的朋友。像我在刚刚开始学竞赛的时候很多东西都不懂，一些网上的朋友向我伸出了援助之手，我到今天也都很感谢他们。
还有就是我也参加了不少比赛了，见过很多人确实实力很强但是因为考场上的低级失误而成绩很差，这就是心态和策略的问题了。在这一点上每个人都是不一样的，我见过很多高手调整心态的方法都很高超，但我试了试却发现效果不大。我想最重要的是通过多参加比赛，发掘出适合自己的调整心态的方法和比赛策略吧。

Friendship is about forgiveness. They shouldn’t be considered as bad friends even if they do something wrong to us. We are supposed to listen calmly and even-temperedly to their words as well as accept their sincere apology. A trifle is not supposed to injure a great friendship.
Friendship is about constant attention. Long time of neglect will upset our friends. If we let nature take its course without taking any action, friendship will eventually wither, like a flower which has been left without caring for too much time.
