Everyone has his own ideal. The ideal may be a desire to acquire power and rank from a selfish motive. It may also be a desire to do something good to our society.
My ideal resulted from my knowledge about scientists and science. When I was a junior middle school student， I read a lot of books about scientists and inventors such as Edison， Bell， etc. And I was greatly inspired by their achievement. By and by I knew that the progress of mankind was brought about by compass， printing seismograph， steam engine， computer， space raft， etc. Science is a great force to push our society forward. My ideal school
I hope my ideal school starts at 8.30 a.m. because l like to get up late. I hope my ideal school finishes at 4.30 p.m. So l can have lots of time to have a rest and do some after school activities.
My ideal school is very large, it has three tall buildings , a big dining hall, a tennis court, a big playground and a park.
We have an hour for lunch, we can eat delicious food and chat with each other in the big dining hall. We can also listen to pop music here.
We have Math lesson everyday because l like Math very much. I also like English, so we have English everyday. We needn’t wear school uniform. The classes are quite small, there are about 15 students in each class.
We have activities after school once a week. At the weekend, we needn’t do much homework. Every month, we go on a school trip to Shanghai or Suzhou.

In other words, it is not easy to be realized. I have a dream: to pass CET-6 before I graduate from the university. Its maybe easy for most of my classmates, but to me it is as difficult as cracking the hardest nut in the world.
I have been studying English for about 10 years. It should not be the No.1 task in my university agenda, but too many failures forced me to do so. I entered one of the most famous universities in China with the almost lowest English mark among all my students. I was really disappointed about that. Although I was not good at English when I was in the middle school, it was not at least about the average. I had no strength to face the frustration. After a semesters study I was the lowest indeed.
I have never cried for study before, but this time I shed tears. Since then I made up my mind to pass CET-6 before my graduation. 为了理想，我们需要专业成长。带着岁月的痕迹，带着收获的喜悦，回首自己的成长之路，多少个日夜的迷茫与苦恼、冲动与理智、辛劳与收获，令我百感交集，就是这种累着、苦着，有时甚至是痛着但同时又快乐着、幸福的日子，我喜欢、并享受着这样的感觉。我年轻，或许还缺乏很多理论的支撑，但我以我的热情投入的工作、深入的学习、努力的反思、快乐的成长着。
成长是一种幸福，成长更是一个过程。在成长的道路上有太多太多的故事，有太多的酸甜苦辣，决非只字片语可以说清。虽已经历了的努力和锻炼，但要想成为一名优秀的教师，一定要让自己继续发展，不断进步。
生活的充实和快乐依赖于对理想的不懈追求。没有理想，就像一片飘进大海的树叶，随波逐流，随风而逝。但是只有理想，缺少行动，所谓的理想只能算是空想、梦想、幻想，你的理想再美好在绚丽再辉煌，充其量也不过是空中楼阁、海市蜃楼。梦里走了许多路，醒来仍然在床上。
姐妹们，青春是拼搏，是奋斗，是志存高远，是脚踏实地。青春，这朵娇艳的花儿，只有在理想的指引下才能够尽情绽放！
姐妹们，让我们洒一路汗水，饮一路风尘，舞动青春，放飞理想吧！长风破浪会有时，只挂云帆济沧海！
老师、同学们：
理想是每个人对未来的憧憬并以之为奋斗的目标。常言道：“条条大路通罗马”，但“弱水三千，我只取一瓢饮之”。芸芸世界，罗相万千，我以成为一名合格的教师作为我的职业理想。这些年的教坛之路走来，我也曾有年轻气盛的躁动、有浅尝甘霖的欣喜、有屡遭挫折的痛楚，也有不眠不休的焦虑。从把教师作为一种职业，到把它当作一种理想与事业，一种挑战自我、完善自我的方式，其间的过程，苦乐自知。是孩子们清纯的眼眸给了我们力量，是领导关切的话语给了我们鼓励，是同事们的微笑给了我们信心，是家长的信任给了我们支持。
让我们勇敢的去战胜一切困难，去领悟教育生命的真谛。为一名教师，我们为中国的国富民强而自豪！所以，从踏上教坛的第一天起，我们就无悔地坚守着教书育人这方沃土，并用自己的青春和热血谱就了一曲奉献之歌，因为我们知道，雄鹰用翱翔回报蓝天，骏马用驰骋回报草原，我们唯有把热情与梦想，创新与开拓奉献给祖国人民，才能无愧于教师这个称号。“人才与国相始终，千古兴亡鉴青史。”教育是崇高的事业，需要我们去献身;教育是严谨的科学，需要我们去探究;教育是多彩的艺术，需要我们去创新;教育是系统的工程，需要我们共同参与，齐心协力。“一片丹心惟报国”。
教师其实是平凡的，普通的，就如一颗小小的铺路石，他也只是社会中的沧海一栗。教师不是伟人，不能像伟人一样成为偶像，受人敬仰;教师不是英雄，不能像英雄一样树碑立传，流芳千古;教师不是明星，不能像明星一样光芒四射，妇孺皆知„„相比之下，我们教师所做的一切，是那么普通，那么平凡，那么琐碎！大多数的老师，都只是默默地在自己的岗位上，耗尽了自身全部的光和热，再悄悄地退下了，没有惊人的事迹，没有辉煌的成就。
然而，无论是在过去还是现在或是将来，无论是在物质贫乏的时代还是物欲横流的岁月，始终都有数不清的教师们在无怨无悔的坚守着这个岗位，用自己的青春和热血来I卫着这个职业的神圣！也正是他们，坚定了我热爱这个职业的决心。
理想，顾名思义，就是幻想自己长大后能成为心目中认为伟大、高尚等职业的一种想象，简单的说自己认为长大后的目标，长大以后的职业、工作。朋友，你的理想是什么？是否是为人民服务的理想呢？是否是为社会的进步而努力奋斗的理想呢？你的理想可能是一名诲人不倦的人民教师；可能是一名保家卫国，站守在祖国边疆的解放军，还可能是一位维护社会治安而辛勤工作的人民警察，你要问我的理想是什么？我会坚决的告诉你：一名拥有白求恩精神、救死扶伤的医生。
白求恩大夫曾在战场上的手术台工作时，占长曾向他请求向后方转移，白求恩大夫却说：“手术台是医生的阵地，战士们没有离开他们的阵地，我怎么能离开自己的阵地呢？请你劝告别的医护人员转移，而我是绝对不能离开自己的阵地的！”是呀！白求恩大夫在硝烟弥漫、弹片纷飞的战场连续69个小时给伤病员做手术，连眼睛也没有稍稍休息一下，这是多么高尚的品格啊！有人说，医生是与病魔做斗争的.最前线的战士；是在死亡线上为病人挣扎的白衣天使；是救死扶伤、时刻为病人解除痛苦的安琪儿。可见，医生是多么崇高、多么全心全意地为人民服务的职业。
在日常生活中，我国现在流行的非典型肺炎（sars），更是对医护人员的严峻考验，戴着厚厚的口罩，穿着沉甸甸的隔离服，面对家人的不理解，冒着对被感染病毒的危险在隔离区里忙来忙去，医护人员的困难可想而知，值得庆幸的是，在我果，积极拥现出一大批研究医学的而未毕业的大学生，他们坚决要求到最艰难的地方……非典一线隔离区。我坚信，只有好的医生才会医治好一个健康的病人。在这场没有硝烟的战斗中，我国的医护人员在精神上已经取得了战斗的根本胜利。
我的理想是当一名拥有白求恩精神、救死扶伤的医生。为了我理想的实现而努力奋斗。扎扎实实地学好本领，用先进的科学技术为人类造福。
理想就像阶梯，它帮助我们向着光明的未来攀登；理想就像指南针，它帮助我们寻找人生的方向。一个人如果没有理想，就如同小鸟没了翅膀，怎能向美好的未来展翅飞翔？
每个人都有自己的理想，有的想当士兵，保家护国；有的人想当老师，培育人才；有个人想当医生，救死扶伤……而我就想当一名基因专家！
当我成了基因专家，我要竭尽自己所能，为人类服务。
现今世界上仍有不少国家，地区，人民还没有解决温饱问题，像非洲，贫困山区等地方，温饱成了决定他们生存的关键。当我成了基因专家后，我要做的第一件事就是替他们解决温饱问题。我会在粮食的脱氧核糖核酸（也就是dna）上做文章， 改变这些植物的基因链，使粮食的得到原来30倍产量。此外，我还要在脱氧核糖核酸双股螺旋线中再添加人体各部分所需的营养基因，使人体各部分得到最优良的简化，更好的吸收。再而，我要使这种粮食的种子的成长期缩短，一个季度一收割。
这就是我的理想，一个远大而崇高的理想。我知道要实现这个理想十分不容易，为了早日实现这个理想，我愿从今天起努力学习，不懈努力。因为我知道，要成为一个基因专家，必须要有渊博的知识方可。
如果你是一滴水，你是否滋润了一寸土地？如果你是一线阳光，你是否照亮了一分黑暗？如果你是一颗粮食，你是否哺育了有用的生命？如果你是一颗最小的螺丝钉，你是否永远坚守在你生活的岗位上？如果你要告诉我们什么思想，你是否在日夜宣扬那最美丽的理想？你既然活着，你是否为了未来的人类生活付出你的劳动，使世界一天天美丽？我想问你，为未来带来了什么……
我们每个人都从幼年一步步走向成熟，就像沿着一条河流逆勇而上。
年少时，我们都曾有过一些美妙、绮丽而又略显
天真和不切实际的幻想，就像河流边那些五光十色的鹅卵石。我们都曾陶醉于那些绚丽的颜色中。渐渐地，我们长大了，目光由脚边的鹅卵石移向前方。河流的源头，屹立着一座雄伟高峻的雪山，令人神往。我们把它称之为――理想。一个最美的字眼！~
理想，包含着我们对未来的向往，对未来的希望，对未来美好的憧憬。
金色的童年，沉淀着儿时的快乐、沉淀着淡淡的稻香。就像陈年的女儿红，愈久愈香，愈久愈让人不满足于回味。小时侯的我，最大的理想就是爸爸妈妈能多给我买些玩具和好吃的。现在看来，才觉得儿时的我多么的天真。
长大后，才渐渐地明白：“放飞理想演讲稿理想，不在于一朵娇嫩的鲜花，需要我们渴望的目光去滋润，更需要我们用真挚的心灵去呵护。”

“理想与信念”永远是一个亘古不变的话题。
理想是由人所设定，指人们希望达到的人生目标和追求向往的奋斗前景。 而信念，则是人们在一定的认识基础上，对某种思想理论、学说和理想所抱的坚定不移的观念和真诚信服与坚决执行的态度。
作为21世纪的青年，我们应该以振兴科教为己任，坚定社会主义信念，树立坚定信念，持之以恒的努力。青春是整个人生旅途中最灿烂的一站，最奇妙的一站，也是最绚丽的一站。
树立远大的理想并不意味着夜郎自大，理想的目标首要前提就是他必须是力所能及而且是具有一定激励作用的，这一点也是有心理学依据的：只有那些人们认为必须付出相当的努力才能或得回报，并且这种回报在很大程度上为主题所希望尚未满足的目标才是具有激励作用的。望尘莫及的目标只会让人在一次次的渴望而不可及之后失去信心。
许三多是幸运的，一路上的是战友相伴，总是动机不纯，也能逼出个楷模，我们的良师益友何在？真正的战神不杂鱼战无不胜而是屡败异能屡战，谨以此句与诸君共勉，道理不言自明。或许有人说在错误的道路上半途而废其实是人生的大智慧，但我们也必须认识到它的前提是终极目标的明确，只有在这一前提下异曲才能收同工之效，曲径也方能通幽。
有的人总是在失败或者受挫后，心灰意冷，把自己高的乱七八糟，六神无主。找不到自己的信念，看不到希望。那么，给自己一分钟，想想清楚自己到底要什么，是要位置的未来，还是要痛苦的会回忆。静下来的时候信念会告诉你，去看看未来吧，因为未来是一张还没有写字画画的白纸，需要你去丰富它，既然已经过去了就无法挽回了，只有让时间去抚平它。之后你会发现选择前者是对的，因为只有走下去之后才发现，原来，路还很长，最痛苦的还没有经历，最灿烂的也还没有感受。既然感到有了目标，有了信念是，你的生活才真正开始。
信念还没成熟的时候，也是最危险的时候，一不小心会从正确变为错误，这个时候，总是要想想自己想要的是什么，让自己真的有一个好的信念，一个可以支持自己的信念，一个给自己希望的信念。勇往直前！
有了远大的理想和坚定的信念，我们要付出所有的努力去实现我们的理想，我们不去想是否能够成功，既然选择了远方，便只顾风雨兼程。

众所周知，人人都有自己的理想，但没有一个人的理想完全一样。理想就像阶梯，它帮我们向着光明的未来攀登；理想就像指南针，它指引我们寻找正确人生的方向。一个人如果没有理想，就如同小鸟没了翅膀，怎能向美好的未来展翅飞翔？一个没有理想的人生，就如同走入了迷宫，无论怎么坚持，都只是辨不清方向的盲目穿行。
年少时，我曾有过许多美妙却不切实际的幻想，就像肥皂水上五光十色的泡泡。上小学了，老师问我：长大要干什么？我怯怯的说：当主席、当警察。老师表扬了我，说我目标远大，有志气。我沾沾自喜，似乎觉得自己真的当了主席，当了警察。可是玩耍时，我却喜欢当老师，喜欢象老师那样让别人听话，喜欢那种高高在上的感觉。
上初中后，看了电视剧《十八岁的天空》，更加坚定了我当老师的理想。我非常喜欢保剑锋饰演的那个古老师的形象，立志要成为一名像古老师一样的老师，一位不仅给学生传授知识，还要给学生传授做人的道理，而且与学生交朋友，可以和学生谈心的好老师。
我为什么选择老师作为自己的理想呢？首先我觉得学校的环境比较单纯，没有那么多世俗之气，没有那么多勾心斗角，功利主义。每天和一些纯真的孩子打交道，虽然那样的生活很平淡，但我觉得平淡中有种纯真美，又何乐而不为？
其次，既然做了教师，就注定我们远离了名与利，生命中没有那么多功利性目标去实现。在心灵上，我们就获得更多的空暇，去干我想干的事，去过我想过的生活。
我想当老师的第三个原因，是身边一些优秀的老师感染了我。我们学校虽然没有像最美女教师张丽莉那样，生死攸关勇救学生的伟大教师；也没有最美乡村教师王利达那样，28年坚持资助贫困学生的无私教师。可是，他们的事迹一样可歌可泣。
我们曾经的班主任闫志珍老师，舍小家为大家，用自己以身作则的'言行举止感动着我们身边的每一位学生；我们现在的班主任赵首文老师，废寝忘食一心扑在教育上，从每一个细节关心着每一位学生；我们的语文智婧老师，拖着病体坚持上课，深怕我们的学习成绩有所下降；我们的校长杜老师，起早贪黑严谨治学，为全校师生树立良好的榜样。他们虽默默无闻，却用自己平凡中的伟大精神感染着我们。
其实，当老师，说起来容易做起来难，当一名好老师就会更难。做一名受学生欢迎的老师，就要学会微笑，学会倾听，学会和善，学会平等交流。因为教师不仅是完成传递人类文明的任务，还应该用自己的人格魅力和文化素养去感召和感染学生，教师不是要求学生尊重自己，而是先让自己成为学生的偶像去赢得他们尊敬，不是用严格控制或批评惩罚去牵住学生的注意力，而是了解你所教的孩子的心理需求，设法用你的魅力、气质、关怀去吸引并指引每一个孩子。这将是多么艰难的事情？
当前，我们应该把全部精力投入学习，而我也会为了实现自己的理想而不懈奋斗！在初中最后的两年时间里，好好利用学校与社会丰富的学习资源，认真充实自己，锻炼自己，提升自己，为实现自己的理想做铺垫、打基础！

大家上午好!
曾经有位哲学家这样说过：人是为理想而生活的，没有理想的生活，就像一潭死水，没有生机，没 有欢乐，失去理想的青年，像是失去了舵的航船，只能在生活的大海中漂泊、游荡，永远达不到光辉的彼岸。就象猎豹一样，一直盯着一只羚羊不放，而不去抓旁边观望、靠得更近的羚羊的缘故，所以我们应该树立正确的人生观、价值观。用推动我们创造美好生活的巨大力量来实现理想目标，并且拥有执著的精神，只要一步步走下去，就一定能胜利，才能到达理想的彼岸。
如果一个人只是幻想过豪华生活，追求享受，这就是典型的虚度美好人生，而在奋斗的路上没有留下一个脚印，一滴汗水，当他闭上眼睛，对自己一生所做的事都觉得莫名其妙，这才是人生最大的悲剧和遗憾。生活真正的精华在于努力和奋斗。其实现实生活中有很多人都在幻想未来美好的生活，而不用实际行动来完成自己的理想，这是虚度美好的年华，也是在浪费自己的生命，到头来只能是一个没有志向的人，到老就一事无成。
在现实生活中，我们每个人都曾经有过梦想，很多情况下，有可能实现，也有必要认认真真地去考虑它，好好地策划自己的人生，让自己的人生更加的精彩，不要走一步算一步，迷迷糊糊地生活。就好象那只非洲猎豹一样拥有执著的精神和自己的目标，如果它放弃了一直追赶已久的那只羚羊，可能就会失去方向，不知抓哪只好，可能就会失去了机会。有梦，不要轻易放弃，在奔向梦想的路上，即使遇到各种名利等等诱感，也要舍得放弃，否则你的梦想水远只是梦了。
我们广大青年应该以许振超同志为榜样，他是青岛港工人，凭着刻苦钻研、艰苦奋斗的拼搏精神，从一名普通工人锻炼成长为技术能手，带领他的工友们连续创造世界领先的桥吊装卸效率，为我国集装箱运输的发展作出了突出贡献，他就是拥有执著的精神，一步一步坚持走下去，你就很可能实现你的理想，你才能看到成功的曙光和希望.
许振超同志立足本职岗位开拓进取，给自己定下了目标，坚持不懈地完成任务这就是让人产生巨大动力的理想和信念，它指引着我们前进的方向，提供人生的前进动力和提高人生的精神境界。这就是理想的作用，使许振超创造了令同行瞩目的“振超效率”，在世界航运界引起了轰动。所以我们大学生应该立足本职，努力学习，刻苦钻研，创新进取，争创一流，为全面建设小康社会作出新的更大的贡献。
理想是人生的奋斗目标，是人们对未来的一种设想、追求和向往。因此，这里就有一个实现时间长短的问题。我们把那种需要长时间地艰苦奋斗和努力才能够实现的理想称之为远大的理想，而为了实现这个远大理想和奋斗目标，我们又必须把其目标分解成一个个具体的小的目标，我们称之为具体的理想。
那么理想是人们对未来的一种合理的、有根据的设想，既然它是人们对未来的一种设想，那它就属于人们的意识的范畴，即社会意识。而社会意识从根本上是由社会存在所决定的，是社会存在的反映。任何理想都是一定社会的经济关系和其它社会条件的产物，都要随着经济关系的发展而发展，随着社会历史条件的变化而变化，它不可能脱离社会当时的社会现实。过去我们对幸福的理解是吃穿不愁，现在就是不仅吃穿不愁，而且要吃得好，穿的好，吃出文化来，穿出品位来。是什么原因?社会条件变了，我们的理想的标准也会随之发生变化。
实现理想，需要的是勤奋学习、老老实实的好习惯，抓紧每一分钟，努力做好自己的本职工作，需更艰苦奋斗、脚踏实地的实干家，需要扎扎实实的真知识、真本领，而不要那种睡大觉做美梦的懒虫，不要说大话、说空话的吹牛大王，不要那些只会吃父母穿父母的，而自己不会用双手去创造，去争取。
要实现理想，还应该树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。首先是人生的自我价值和社会价值，它们既相互区别，又密切联系、相互依存、共同构成人生价值的矛盾统一体。人生的自我价值的实现构成了个体为社会创造更大价值的前提。那么人也是社会的人，所以还意味着以怎样的方式和多大程度上得到满足也是有社会决定的。在就是人生价值的标准，在我们当今社会所处的社会主义社会中，衡量人生的价值，标准就在于看一个人是否以自己的劳动和聪明才智为中国特色社会主义真诚奉献，为人民群众尽心尽力服务。
一个没有理想的人，就没有前进的动力，就会失去生命的方向，一生将会碌碌无为，一事无成。因此，理想虽然不专属于青年人，但对我们青年人是很重要的。青年人只有树立了远大的理想，才能有高尚的精神生活，才能使自己的生命更有意义、更有价值。
我们应该努力从点点滴滴做起，追求远大理想，一步一个脚印地朝着宏伟的目标迈进。但决不会是一条平坦大道，只要一步一步地走下去，我相信一定能胜利。让我们大学生活过得更有意义，让我们拥抱理想度过美妙的人生，我们的理想体现在一步一个脚印去夺取胜利的过程之中。
